CONSTRUCTION TOUR AT EASTERN STATE PENITENTIARY - JUNE 2023 WiSE Philadelphia and APT/DVC hosted a behind-the-scenes tour of Eastern State Penitentiary reviewing a recently completed roof restoration projects on both buildings, finally protecting the structures for years to come.
