Leadership Presence Workshop and Lecture with MK Larson – November 13, 2025

Presence, sometimes referred to as Leadership Presence, Executive Presence or a person’s style has many definitions. Presence is not a one size fits all quality. This segment aims to cultivate a personal presence and leadership style that resonates uniquely by analyzing individual habits and strengths. This coaching focuses on projecting confidence, communicating effectively, inspiring trust, and motivating and influencing key audiences.
Networking and refreshments will start at 5:30 pm and the presentation will start at 6 pm. Jacobs is located a short walk from the Conshohocken regional rail stop with trains from Center City arriving at 5:31 and 5:46 pm.

About our speaker:
MK Larsen is a Certified Communications & Public Speaking Coach & Trainer. MK Larsen’s communication coaching approach leverages her background in theater arts, enabling clients to convey their messages in a professional, creative, and impactful manner. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a graduate of Rutgers University and Heidrick & Struggles ACTP Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Program. She has eighteen years of experience in coaching executives from Fortune 500 companies, over 150 TEDx speakers, and senior professionals across diverse fields. With experience at The American Repertory Theater at Harvard, The Public Theater, and The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York, combined with her business acumen, she is adept at helping speakers develop essential interpersonal skills, such as leadership presence and connection. Her style encompasses assisting clients in crafting compelling corporate scripts, conducting efficient and effective meetings, developing productive rehearsal strategies, refining authentic storytelling skills, and nurturing meaningful dialogue with stakeholders. In 2021, MK chaired the ICF NJ Chapter Ignite Committee, which benefits organizations supporting the United Nations Global Goals. She is an active member of the ICF NJ Strategic Partnerships Committee and a volunteer for Dress for Success. MK empowers individuals to recognize their stories and leadership potential, fostering trust in their instincts for effective communication. She helps express important issues authentically while embracing personal style.
